These Terms and Conditions constitute the full legal agreement between you and tk9996. By creating an account or using any part of the tk9996 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision set out in this document. Binding Legal Agreement
By accessing tk9996, you enter into a legally binding agreement. These Terms govern every interaction with the Platform including account creation, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, and customer support communications.
Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on tk9996. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of associated balances pending investigation.
Fair Play Commitment

BDT Transactions
All financial transactions on tk9996 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set out in the Deposits & Withdrawals section of these Terms.
Data Protection

- "Bonus Funds" — Any promotional credits, free spin winnings, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account under a promotional offer, subject to the specific wagering requirements and validity periods of the applicable promotion.
- "Real Money Funds" — Funds deposited by the User via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer, distinct from Bonus Funds.
- "Game Provider" — Any third-party software developer whose games are made available through the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a Bonus Fund amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be staked before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn.

- "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all operational and support purposes by tk9996.
- "KYC" / "Know Your Customer" — The identity verification process required before processing a User's first withdrawal, in accordance with anti-fraud and security protocols.
Acceptance of Terms
How You Accept These Terms
By accessing the tk9996 Platform in any manner — including by browsing the Site, creating an Account, logging in to an existing Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all documents incorporated herein by reference (including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy).
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
Amendments to Terms
tk9996 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to Users. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, tk9996 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Language of Agreement
These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of an offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk9996 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
Age Restriction & Eligibility
Who May Use tk9996
The tk9996 Platform is intended solely for adults. To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Service:

- You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of tk9996 or any of its Game Providers.
Age Verification
tk9996 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Until satisfactory verification is completed, tk9996 may suspend Account access, withhold withdrawals, or restrict gameplay. Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identification document issued in Bangladesh. Documents must be valid and clearly legible.
Underage Use
If tk9996 has reason to believe that an Account belongs to a person under the age of 18, the Account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any Real Money Funds deposited by or on behalf of a minor will be returned via the original deposit method following verification. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated by a minor's Account will be forfeited in full.
Account Registration
Creating Your Account
To access the full features of the tk9996 Platform — including placing bets, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register an Account. Registration is free of charge. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and preferred payment method details.
Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time (including during KYC verification) is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tk9996 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk9996 support immediately at [email protected].
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one Account on tk9996. If tk9996 detects that a single individual has registered multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — all such Accounts will be subject to immediate suspension. Real Money balances across duplicate Accounts may be merged into one verified Account or returned to the User following investigation, at tk9996's sole discretion. Bonus Funds and winnings from duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.
Account Verification (KYC)
tk9996 is required to verify the identity of Account holders before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit copies of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot confirming ownership of the bKash or Nagad number). tk9996 will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Financial Transactions on tk9996
All financial transactions on the tk9996 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk9996 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer from supported Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is ৳500,000. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically confirmed within 1 to 3 minutes. Bank transfer deposits are processed within the same business day during standard banking hours. tk9996 does not charge any fees on deposits made to your Account; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tk9996 accepts no responsibility.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party payment method may be refunded and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to the Account having passed KYC verification. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering principles. tk9996 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider's standard charges may apply.
tk9996 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or where required by applicable legal or regulatory obligations. In such cases, the User will be notified via email and the withdrawal will be placed on hold until the matter is resolved.
Currency and Conversion
All Account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in BDT. tk9996 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any conversion from foreign currency to BDT that occurs on the payment provider's side before funds reach the Platform is the responsibility of the payment provider and the User; tk9996 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third parties.
Responsible Use of Funds
You confirm that all funds deposited into your tk9996 Account are your own legally acquired funds and are not derived from criminal activity. tk9996 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
Bonuses & Promotions
Promotional Offers and Bonus Terms
tk9996 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to new and existing Users. All such promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual offer.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable Real Money Funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotional offer details. Where a wagering requirement is expressed as, for example, "30x the bonus amount", this means that the total value of the Bonus Funds credited must be staked thirty times in eligible games before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
Game Contributions
Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake towards the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all toward bonus wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates for each game category will be published in the relevant promotion's terms.
Validity Period
All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered through in full by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account Balance. Any winnings generated from expired Bonus Funds will likewise be forfeited.
Bonus Abuse
tk9996 strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional offers; or any other strategy that tk9996 determines in its reasonable judgment to be exploitative of its promotional system. tk9996 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel winnings, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
Promotional Changes
tk9996 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already validly claimed by a User at the time of withdrawal or amendment will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of claiming, subject to the anti-abuse provisions above.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
Your Obligations as a tk9996 User
By using the tk9996 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit any other User's use and enjoyment of the Platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with tk9996 or its support team.
- Registering more than one Account on the Platform, or attempting to access a suspended or closed Account by creating a new one.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, data mining tools, or any other unauthorised automated means to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, games, or security infrastructure.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software malfunction are void and will be removed from the Account Balance.
- Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other criminal financial activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users, tk9996 employees, or customer support agents in any communication channel.
- Posting or transmitting any content through the Platform that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
- Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- Allowing any other person to use your Account, or using any other person's Account credentials.
- Making chargebacks or reversals of deposits through your payment provider without first engaging tk9996 support to attempt resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate Account closure and potential legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content on the tk9996 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of tk9996 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any other use of Platform content requires the prior written consent of tk9996.
Platform Availability
tk9996 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond tk9996's reasonable control. tk9996 will not be liable for any loss — including loss of potential winnings — resulting from Platform unavailability.
Account Suspension & Closure
Suspension, Closure, and Termination
tk9996 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
- Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request to do so.
- Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing involvement, or any other criminal activity.
- Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring suspension or disclosure of Account information.
- Detection of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or use of prohibited software.
- At the User's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
Effect of Closure
Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds held in the Account Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the User via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to tk9996 and subject to the conclusion of any ongoing investigation. Bonus Funds held at the time of Account closure are forfeited in all circumstances. tk9996 will not pay interest on any funds held during a period of Account suspension or pending investigation.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the tk9996 support team at [email protected]. Please include your full name, registered email address, and the reason for your closure request. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course before closure is finalised.
Self-Exclusion
If you wish to close your Account for responsible gaming reasons, please refer to the tk9996 Responsible Gaming page for details of the self-exclusion programme. Self-exclusion requests are handled with the highest priority and will be activated within 24 hours of confirmation. Once a self-exclusion period is active, it cannot be shortened; extensions are available at any time.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and tk9996 arising from or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first attempt resolution through tk9996's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. tk9996 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk9996 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including any loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, even if tk9996 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. tk9996's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that User in the three calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
